hi all , running vip10 here in BRP Sungei Buloh Area.

today after 1 month of installing UNIFI , my DIR-615 confirmed KO , keeps having prob connecting PPPOE
am running a VLAN setup thru the DIR615 with TL-WR1043N as Router/Wifi ( 3 ANTENNA !!!!) after 2days (SUNDAY!!!!) no internet , the technicians came ..
tried fiddling with my old DIR615 box for 3mins ...straightaway change to new one , .. loaded back the same configuration saved from the last DIR615,
VOILA ,... internet back on !

sigh , when is TM going to learn. cheap things don't LAST!!! even their own technicians admit it is an inferior product (DIR-615)
i hope this is the first/last time i need to replace that stupid box ! ! !

(ps: the DIR-615 i got today is preloaded with firmware 7.05b ..old one is only 7.05)

not sure what u mean man.
i only follow the guide thru the unifi handbook site.
do you mean i can use the WR1043 without the DIR615?

right now the unifi/wifi is working im quite happy d !

Ok news. UNIFI services interrupted in my area Sungei Buloh rahman putra since 1145pm just now ... All link/auth/voip down. Called UNIFI CS they say whole area having "network problem" should be back up by 6am!?!?!?! Mmm sucks doesn't it. Sigh. On 3G with phone now . Sigh .let's hope it'll be back up soon enuf .
