I'm from Subang too. All were down since 7th Sept morning. BTU lights - auth & link blinking. Called the TM customer service but no one came to fix my problem. Yesterday i login to the Huawei BTU. Reset the thing and all back to normal after few minutes. Below is what i did.Login to Huawei - username: telecomadmin & password: admintelecom
goto > Maintain > Device > Reset Tab
- Click Restore Default Configuration (wait for few seconds)
- Then click Reset Button. (wait for few minutes)
- Done
Just in case, please backup your configurations first.
