Hi, I have 4 DECT phone at home, 3 Panasonic of various model from the basic to the advance colored, and 1 free no brand DECT from TM when I signed up for 4mb combo. So far all the 3 Panasonic DECT work flawlessly but the TM one has exactly the same problem you mentioned. No ring, though I can still answer it. Btw, I am on VIP20.

After 1 month of smooth drive on my VIP20, problem starts to pop out. My speed downgraded to 5mb since yesterday night. This morning when I checked again (unifi speedtest and speedtest.net), become 10mb.

They called me today after lodging report, saying something wrong with their system, so gonna be slow until they fix it. @@

Something wrong on their side. Mine VIP20 ended up only 5mb .. already complained and they mentioned that they are still fixing it.

With all the problems that some of us are facing, I guess we need to bring the complaints to MCMC instead of through their technical support line.
I will do it by this Friday if my VIP20 is still giving me 2mb download. Almost 1 week of problem.

Yup. It's daylight robbery. And they will keep you on hold for 10 - 15 mins each time before they hang up on you.
I don't think that is advisable. MCMC is designed to be your last resort. Not your first port of call. If you do that, they might just tell you to complain to TM first and if nothing happens, then follow up with MCMC.

I gave the suggestion of MCMC as I had complained 3 times to TM itself but problem not solved. smile.gif

My unifi speed test is half again, really disappointed with their service. Paying vip20 but get speed of vip10 and below.

Sure, lodged a report as usual. This time it somehow fixed within a day. In fact, the person in charge called me not long after
