Does anyone have the link to the dd-wrt flash files for TP Link TL-WR941N?

I can easily find this router in LowYat i'm assuming...?

RM130-140 is quite cheap.

Dude he was saying that he was gonna use his router and then using the TM router as a vlan bridge. Did you read the sentence carefully?
*
If i flash the WR941N router with dd-wrt, i can still use the vlan bridge (the original unifi-supplied DIR-615) to power my iptv, right?

Did i misread his post?

Sorry if i was unclear. I will use the DIR-615 as the vlan bridge, according to the guide by Riz, that's the one that will connect to iptv. The router, if i understand things correctly, will act as the actual device from which i'll interact with UNIFI e.g. connect to wifi, internet, dial up PPoE, etc.

No worry Tentris smile.gif. You are on the right track. That's how I set the DIR-615 and WR941N follow Riz's guide, but prior to that, please also read the DIR-615's security as the guide mentioned. Good luck smile.gif

Thanks man. There are 2 files to download... which one is the correct one? The factory-to-ddwrt.bin or the other one?

Asus RT-N16 is quite expensive at RM399, but the RT-N12 is only RM179, is it a good choice instead of the TP Link TL-WR941N?

I have the following, i bought just to test if it can work with Unifi. It was successful. So now want to sell.

New D-Link DIR825 for sale @ RM300, flashed with DD-WRT can be used with Unifi (PPPoE only, I can setup IPTV for you with additional 5port switch). Has USB port can be used as print server, NAS or backup 3G USB Modem connection.

If i posted this in the wrong place, i'm sorry please let me know which thread? Tks.
*
May I know which 5 port switch are you using? Mikrotek RB250GS / RB750GS?

That telnet command meant for masquerade. That was already done. I was more into the setup of ethernet, vlan  (or bridging). Need to resolve that one first. Masquerade works fine and my network can reach outside to internet, just the IPTV.

Yes, i've got it from landasan $310.

Have u successful setup your IPTV by using RB750GS?

For TP-Link TL-941ND, you may refer to my post & the correct dd-wrt download link:
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=36218556
If you buy from ViewNet LowYat 3rd, look for Kelvin and nego with him, he can let go at RM139.
The last I bought was v3.2 and dd-wrt can support it.

Yes, you may configure the DIR-615 according to Riz's guide to watch IPTV only, you may also want to turn-off the wireless.
If you are using Huawei BTU and intend to flash the TL941ND dd-wrt, then you can even create vlan?.500 and connect directly to Huawei BTU for internet without DIR-615.

I have a N12 which is Broadcom flashed with latest dd-wrt, however I'm having problem to keep the WAN Port Assignment, so still unable to use this unit to dial internet at vlan?.500.

Compare this 2, I would choose TL941ND, it has 3T3R and it's cheaper than N12! icon_rolleyes.gif

I bought the Microtik as a backup in case my HP Procurve dies.
Good to know the COD place is the curve.
Much easier to find parking.

Thanks klseet for organizing the bulk.
