Yes it will be capped and slowed if VIP 5 to 1MBPS if VIP 10 to 2MBPS and if VIP 20 to 5MBPS..
But the cap are yet to be implement..

Eh guys..is there homeplug for phone?
Current one is for PC/IPTV..but is there one for phone? If yes what it is called?or does not available? becos my FiberHome at top floor but my parents want to put it at bottom floor..Instead of using loooong wires,is there any homeplug-alike for phone? |

I already set it at DLink but still cannot(failed port forwarding).. How eh? My utorrent however works fine(maybe cos of UpNp?) but my games doesnt..Why eh? |
