On full keto I can complete one workout on 2 spoonful of PB and 2 salmon oil caps.
But my battery is completely flat after that.
Sugar Free Peanut Butter, Good enough for pre workout?

QUOTE(kurtkob78 @ Sep 14 2010, 08:19 AM) I tot fat can only be used in aerobic workout .... if anaerobic the fuel is from carb. If low carb, then it will be from protein. Or am I wrong ? Got source ? Actually I didn't research anything on that, just that sometimes I got no time for pre workout meal so I used to take protein and 2 oil caps, then 1 day ran one of protein so I just took PB and oil.Only difference with and without protein is after the workout. |
