On full keto I can complete one workout on 2 spoonful of PB and 2 salmon oil caps.

But my battery is completely flat after that.

Actually I didn't research anything on that,just that sometimes I got no time for pre workout meal so I used to take protein and 2 oil caps,then 1 day ran one of protein so I just took PB and oil.

Only difference with and without protein is after the workout.
