Ichigo has Shinigami , Quincy and Hollow blood in one. His just magnificient for a human.

So it means that he is Almighty as long he knows your power to a high extent. So the potential 5 war threats namely Aizen , Ichigo , Kenpachi + 2 (Maybe Ishida and Haswalt) is someone he is afraid of and their power level is equal or even higher.

So to beat him, you just need to have lots of crazy powers like Fullbring , Hollow and stuff. I bet his worst nightmare would be Hollow + Shinigami powers combined.
