I suppose received my key for my unit tmrw but the developer said, they are waiting for the local authorities to give an approval cert. Im not sure what is that. They need to pay some sort of penalty to the tenant if they did not manage to handed over on time as per agreed in the SnP right? They said they will handed over the key maybe some where ard end of this month. Anyone in same boat with me?   |
