Wonder is there any TNB bill? I had electricity & water charges in management bill not TNB or syabas. No account number I can refer back to TNB.

Maybe u are rite in term of human traffics, but in term of segmentation, D'Pulze shopping mall tries to target to middle to upper working class ppl, just like PJ industrial area..
As for Mydin, once Cyberjaya's residential population increase to certain number, when there's more demand than supplies, and Jaya Grocer couldn't cater to those demand, then, hypermarket like Mydin would be necessary to fill-in those gaps.

Btw, u don't sound like one of the DPulze owners, if I'm not mistaken...

Hypermarket ll be in one of the project of mkland boss in cyberjaya...read somewhere from propcafe last time.

Anyone having problems with your water supply since 2 days ago? All my taps are supplying murky water. I informed the management and the maintenance guy came over. He said to leave the taps running for 5-10 minutes. Still having the same problem. If you collect the water in a bottle or pail, you can see how murky it is. Gonna complain again to management tomorrow.
