Hello warm greetings. I have a question for u guys, why MBT server have horrible ping performance. Usually its between 4++ ms to 5++ ms spike. Only dawn to morning I'll get 3++ something.
However, some server from taiwan and japan ex BRS, nekama, saluzi, ginmowei have better ping performance usually 2++ ms to even below 100 ms.

My ISP is p1 Wimax

i get below 200 ping for taiwan server, singapore and malaysia is around 150 ping, i got no spike lag at all unless something wrong with the server

i'm using streamyx wired connection.

my pig usually below 100. Dubai server below 300.

Well, wireless broadband usually have higher ping/latency. Since you mentioned that you can get lower ping in certain servers like from Taiwan, it is probably how P1 routes their connection that causes it. On Streamyx, the ping to MBT's server seems fine.

I know I know .... but why japanese, HK and taiwan is having better ping performance than MBT?

Depend on how our ISP deal with routing.
I can get at least 300++ms for some europe server and 100++ms for taiwan

, i also have on and off lag spike and usually i got 100+ or below 150+ which is to me playable although it's not what i expected from MBT server, MBT Server isn't from Malaysia, it's rented from Singapore, Fragnetics, thus... ping to other Fragnetics server should be the same

in addition to that, i think it's because of the ISP itself, i mean, today is festive season for us in Malaysia, and lots of people going on vacation... so, sure congested...

dont bother play in this server....1. they kick u for vip (discriminate against poor yeah) 2. they kick for no reason (yeah no reason) 3. they kick u when they do not like u (yeah dont yell at them they get mad) 4. they love unbalanced game to hell (yeah everyone knows)

i personally think they really contribute a lot to create bad image of malaysian players......

I love playing here. I learn alot from the pros. Just keep to the gameplay and away with d attitude and there would be no reason for kicks. Of course VIPs paid for their slot so....

Well, it isn't discriminating the poor, it's just a way to gain funds for the server. Do you even know how much it is to rent a server from Fragnetics? MBT's approach to have a server for the Malaysian community is a good work in my opinion.

Dude, I got kicked out too (during full slots), but then I know why they did it. VIP will always have priority.

So stop your whining.

Quit your bi**hin' I got kicked so many times I don't even remember.......And I got owned so many times I can't even think straight and yet I enjoy all that cause I learn in the process.
Ever heard of the phrase "No Pain,No Gain"? And those MBT guys are awesome, they do a great job in promoting Malaysians as gamers

other than excessive TK and reserved slot for VIP and connection lost, i never get kicked for no reason

if you find team stacking, just quit the server and join another one, simple as that.

again, u don't play much, i saw they kicked a guy in my team then immediately another MBT guy was moved to one of the squad in my team which got alot MBT players. i dont simply make assumption, i say wat i saw

speaking of sniping, there's one guy warned me not too much sniping... - well, that's weird because i use M24 for close contact, not to mention i'm on defending side...

I prefer sniping when playing large open map,.. in close n small map.. I prefer shotgun(hell yeah)... Occasionally, I was even shoot enemy sniper from far away using shotgun(equip slug shot ammo gauge to improve accuracy)... surprisingly the shot worked after 2 tries...he piss at me n accused me for cheating... damn

sometimes ppl who lock their squad when they are alone is to prevent other ppl know their hiding/camping spot

simply dont join a squad also can.

it's not like i don't want them know my camp spots, hiding spots or whatsoever, it's just that, whenver they spawn, they tends to camp too instead of straight fast moving to other area which won't compromise my position

another thing is, most of us sure agree... our rules of engagement is shoot on sight, not shoot when engaged, i tend to keep in infiltrate mode, shoot when engaged thus can gain access to deeper behind enemy line, like i usually did on Laguna Presa.

not to talk big, but i had many enemy in my crosshair but i didn't fire because it's just simply blow my position and proceed to objective instead...

usually i create squad because easy to get squad assist, squad order, other squad bonuses...

anyways TS about the MBT lag thing. i don't experience lag spikes, perhaps its cause ur using P1 wimax?

hi there, can u please tell me the name of the MBT member switched over and the date and time of this incident happens (before the latest patch , kicking is done manually so u may have been affected by this, so sorry) so that i can investigate this matter, our server Admins are strictly dedicated and professional in their duty. sorry for your lack of fun experience in MBTCENTRAL.NET BC2 Server tho, we do not discriminate againts poor ppl (if u can play bc2 i dont think you're poor ) but we do give priority to server VIPs as they contributing to the server rentals to feed players as you to play for free. may i suggest you to be a server VIP to avoid getting kicked by the automated system?

admins will normally kick out unfriendly/emo players (tk, destroy own mcom, stealing vehicles, non coop gameplay , whiners, sore-looser etc ) to preserve the environment for other gamers. i really hope you are not in this group.

also sorry for the team stacking, i would like to change the word stacking to teamwork. battlefield is all about teamwork after all isn't it. we dont do that much nowadays mind you but we do like the challenge againts other invading teams (sh gh nike MY LYN ) and most of the time MBT member switch side themself ingame without admin power.

i hope you would give us another chance, and whats your ign, i want to keep your dogtag as a reminder of this issue.
