comparing this 2. ram, you could change it whenever u like. its very cheap to change ram.
gpu, y460's gpu is basically an overclocked 4741g gpu. so by overclocking 4741g, u can achieve stock experience of y460. but of course, y460 could OC further because its build quality is beter. but the core specs are basically the same.
speaker. all laptop speakers suck. even jbl.
price diff, well, it depends on you.

build quality, lenovo ideapad is NOT superior than acer. both having the same quality, but my wild guess says that acer will have a btr quality.

get a good earphone. around rm150 can overkill mainstream user. or if u r not picky, rm60 philips could deliver the job.
