You sure? Even McaFee can detect it, why don't Avira could not detect at all? Not all autorun.inf is virus files... Vaccinated autorun.inf is PRESENT if you want to protect yourself from being infected... Even KIS can protect ur pc by disinfection, but Avira never at all....
