If don't want to have more hassle(many middleman...) but can't pay using CC/DC, better just get Paypal and get verified so you can use Paypal to get Crysta points.

In beta, not everybody will play in Retails. And not everybody have 3 toon in an account. Retail most of them will stick to 1 toon.

btw, the helm come with CE, does it has any time limit? eg: we don't get the helm anymore if we create new char 1 yr later...
