i think most of the web accept our debit card , dont have problem with it so far, i guess might work too in ff14

I not sure about Verified by Visa, because that thing once block, is very hard to unblock.

For now what I see;

NA SE Acc. management
Basically it's the same thing but different is in NA you have to go to another website ( http://clickandbuy.com/US_en/payment/index.html ) to buy Crysta.


EU SE Acc. Management
While in EU you can directly register your CC/DC in the SE account management.

What about Ultimate Pay?
