Im still loyal with my HD2, , btw have u test the multiboot thingy?  nod.gif
*
Nope, bro. I always prefer to stick to 1 ROM.
Multiple ROMs on 1 handset make me confused.

I hope my HD2 can still last. Tomorrow I'm trying my luck to get Galaxy Note from DiGi.
Not sure whether stock is still available or not, and whether they allow me to extend my contract or not.
Let's see how tomorrow.

Wah, jumpship to GNote, not going for Htc anymore?  hmm.gif
*
Haha, I love Galaxy Note due to its big 5.3" screen.
I just got from DiGi JB yesterday for only RM699 (and RM1000 for advance payment -- will be deducted from bill monthly) after committing for 2 years contract.
I'll still continue using HD2, but as secondary phone this time.
I just love flashing with my HD2, especially since they've invented NATIVESD.

Because of promotion from DiGi.

cheap gua. i bought my note @ 2000 when it first launched. then got the s3 for my wife, whom u've met in cameron and countless other times @ 2100
and just yesterday got the note 2 for RM 2200.
*
Haha, after all, bro, I'm using DiGi, so I don't stand to lose if I sign up their plan.
I don't mind being tied to 2-year plan.

I guess Note 2 is a good phone.
So any improvement over Note 1? Mind to share?
My Note 1 is still in the box. Still playing and using my HD2. Haha...

Added on October 11, 2012, 3:54 pmGuys, tytung already released CM10-based ROM in XDA.

Hi, anybody wanna share a bit about your typical battery life on HTC HD2 running your Android custom ROM during normal and heavy usage?
*
Quite ok. I'm running on tytung's JB ROM.

Wow... not bad...

I call, SMS, IM (Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, Skype, Facebook Messenger), chat on Steam Mobile, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and I leave background data and the GPS / cell tower triangulation turned on all the time. About 5-6 hours under this heavy usage.
*
Mine is okok, not really heavy. My screen brightness set to like 30% due to indoor usage.

Added new life to my HD2 last night.

Flashed with  NexusHD2-JellyBean-4.1.2-CM10 V1.3a [NativeSD] by tytung into a Sandisk class 10 32GB microSD.
Previously i flashed into NAND and faces problem with internal storage.

Now that I flashed to microSD, I have 4 GB of internal memory and 25GB of SD card..
Never run out of space now and can install whatever i like.
The only limiting factor to the performances of this phone is now the RAM and processor.
Nevertheless, Jelly bean is still running excellent on this device...

Superb.... brows.gif

Yes, I'm running on tytung's JB 4.1.2 too.
Too bad, tytung went disappeared. Still waiting for 4.2.1 update.

anyone still with HD2 out there?
*
I'm still using, mainly for AES detector and slot machine.
I can't do much with my HD2 since my back button is spoilt.
My Galaxy Note is my primary device now.

What about you?
Still on HD2 or already moved on?

GNote is amazing, but Im not affordable to move yet  cry.gif
*
Haha, I signed up with DiGi and cost me only RM699.
That's because Galaxy Note 2 is coming out, so I sapu Note 1 loh.

QUOTE(nghj @ Mar 21 2013, 03:56 PM)
which version u using?
i tried JB but i feel GB is still smoothest.
too bad for aging HD2  cry.gif
*
Don't worry, GB has NATIVESD too.
In fact, I find that NATIVESD is more stable and faster than NAND if you've class 10 SD card.

When you install ROM on NAND, you'll be prone to lag and reboot randomly but when I install on NATIVESD, no problem at all. No reboot problem.

Rooted and flashed CM10.1 on the first day I got my Note.
Useless piece of crap Touch Piss in my Note. Don't need it.

Yes, use Class 10, but make sure it's genuine Class 10.
