how do you guys deal with E rank recruits you don't want anymore? i just send them to outer ops against stronger opponents and most end up dead

i just started playing this game and damn its addictive
how do you guys deal with E rank recruits you don't want anymore? i just send them to outer ops against stronger opponents and most end up dead |
