hi guys, i'm interested to get the sgs already, but then saw what u guys said bout the 3 buttons recovery being disabled, i felt a bit turn down because i'm planning to root and flash rom once after i got my phone
so is there any particular batch to avoid or is there any way to identify whether the phone has that disabled or not? |

sob, i'm one of the 33% already
just got my sgs from maxis, and its unable to go recovery with 3 buttons without it i don't really dare to flash it  samsung please release the fix asap  |

wanna ask, i've read the first page FAQ, but pardon my bad english
regarding the charging part, does it mean i don't need to use until my battery 0% then only recharge, and when recharge, don't charge until kao kao? and do you guys still practice the so called 8 hours 1st charge (for new phone myth,lol)? |

i suggest hunt it from 5800 owners, the older batch of 5800 does come with 1 of those tv out cable
 anyone want to be white mice for the fix to 3 buttons recovery? |

normally what is your 1st thing you do after you root your phone? and....i can't find the "quit" in the default browser, how do you quit your browser? |

hmm, i start to hesitate to apply voodoo fix or not edi
anyway i find today is a sad day for me, because maxis iphone 4's price is competitive to SGS, and causing some ppl initially wanted to jump wagon to android, but now they stayed on iOS |

i think this is a bit off topic, but hopefully can get some help here
i'm using SGS JG4, rooted, and using launcher pro plus, i'm facing some minor problem here my contacts shortcut on the launcher pro bar, its unable to open up the contacts and it shows "could not launch the requested activities" but i'm still able to access my contacts via "contacts" under applications, any idea what's causing it? edit: solved it by change it to point to "contacts" apps edi This post has been edited by darude87: Sep 26 2010, 11:56 PM |
