i'm looking for av receiver..but tight on budget..need ur suggestion..budget around 3k..mainly used for astro,ps3 and movies..is it true if we get a receiver that upscale to 1080p,increse the quality of astro picture?sorry im totally noob in this thing..can u pm me any model that suit my budget
