Just to double check with you for the connection of my Q-acoustic 2020 and amp 920k. The current setup is as per speaker manual but the amp (920-k) manual tell the different thing. So which 1 is correct?

Pioneer using Bi-Amping, Q-Acoustics using Bi-Wiring, 2 different cases, since pioneer allowed you to Bi-Amping, i would say Pioneer technics should be better. Please see the instruction menu for bi-amping, not just simply plugin

i have tried the setup as per 920-k but the output is not convincing. No problem during surround mode, but when switch to stereo mode, only the HF speaker (Treble Unit: 25mm) is functioning.

BTW i have switch back to bi-wired setup. The quality of sound is Overwhelmingly good and i'm satisfy with your recomendation (Q-Acoustics 2000 + Pioneer 920-k).

maybe when you switched to stereo, the back surround amplifier suppose to bi-amping to your woofer units has cut off.

My current amp also having an issue with cut off sound... need to switch the DSP or different input before everything back to normal.

ya, maybe i have miss out some step. BTW, if you detail study on the setup that recommended at the 920-k manual for the bi-amp, the front speaker connection (at amp) is just connected to the HF (at speaker) and the back surround connection (at amp) is just connection to LF (at speaker). So, the treble unit only functioning when switch to stereo mode.

Just quick checking, shall i disconnect/remove both link (metal plate that connecting the HF and LF) for bi-amp setup?

ALways cut off even when change input... I can heard the switching is done.. but no sound..
