QUOTE(Justicebao @ May 11 2005, 07:15 AM) Which scripting should i use if i want to write an application to administer the server on GUI (web browser) mode? Webmin is GUI for adminstrating the server and software appliations. If find the software application module is lised on webmin then u don't hve reinvent the wheel. Letz say i want to see the server disk space on the web browser instead in the terminal... If not you would create your own plug-in module for Webmin, based on Perl Webmin If webmin is not your choice, the select any OSS progamming language (Perl, Python ..C, C++.) and with graphical libraries such GTK (Gnome), QT (KDE), or TK. |
