Chronology of my story:-

2 September 2010

I was searching for an iphone 3g 8gb as replacement for my fren's iphone that i broke(accidentally spill a jug of air tebu on his iphone during buka puasa, then h phone drop, screen broken, cannot on after that). i browse few thread in mobile phones sub-forum then finding this post

then i pm TS but no answer. i start sms TS and he replied. after few discussion, i agreed to do business via postage since he's an old member and got lots of thread in selling broadband. i admit my fault because too eager since i promise my fren to replace his phone before Sunday(my fren will going back to Kuching for hari raya).

I asked TS to send me the picture of the phone and he send me via email-fortune9688@gmail.com- then i asked him to provide his account no. he sms me then i transfer the money. i had no doubt towards ts since he give me a fast response and provide me the info that i ask.

i asked him either he can send it by today but he said cannot coz courier service close early during ramadhan

later that night i ask him for the serial no for warranty purpose since he claimed that the phone only been used for two months. he replied that he left the phone at his boss office and will text me next morning.

i sms him few times but no reply. the i ask him where his location at the moment. the he replied at seremban. i ask him to COD with my fren since my fren will coming home later that nite. he refused and said he will send the parcel before 3p.m.

4.30 p.m. i sms him but no reply. he started to off his phone and until now he will not answer my call even the phone is on...

I already make a police report and waiting for the copy....


Im opening this post to inform u guys BEWARE of this seller.
Can anyone help me in this case?
I'm willing to give reward for those that can help track this ******* and settle my case....

Dunno about you guys la..but I think nearly 70% of the con case reported this 2-3 weeks involves iphone.

If I were to buy a brand new iphone, I'd only trust my money with pbbseller (not promoting him but this is the absolute truth).

If I were to buy a 2nd iphone unit, I'd only deal COD, if seller and buyer are far away, I'd asked my friend around seller's place to do the COD. If that is not workable or if seller insists on delivery... No COD No Sale.
