RM558 psft. Good price. What is the current valuation from bank if need to apply loan? If not mistaken this Saville is GBI something certified right. Any difference with other non-GBI condo?

There were numerous incidents of lifts break-down with residents trapped inside the lift, faulty security entrance door, unreliable securities, leaking at swimming pool, smelly rusty water supply, etc. Yes the facade look good from outside, but it seems that Saville@Melawati is poorly managed. The shoplots downstair looks barely surviving even after few years. Pity...for what supposed to be good development with 3-tiers security, Green Index certified and everything, but unfortunately the property is not properly maintained. What a waste....if not the value could fetch higher....

Better ur rent first n then u know la, currently i'm renting at saville melawati, if u wanna my opinion i'll say the workmanship of this condo quite sad, the management of this condo just change and it will really takes time lah to improve and the maintenance fee also quite high.

How much are u renting it for? And are u paying for the maintenance fee as well? Yeah supposed the much anticipated green features able to reduce maintenance, but then with poor workmanship and management all those fees just go into drain. Fortunately the earliest purchaser bought at less than 325psft...

1007 sqt around rm1800, have two air cond and kitchen cabinet no tops. maintenance owner paid. compare to others condos nearby, saville is cheaper in terms of rm per sqf. the down turn of saville is workmanship.

condos nearby all those PVs? haha. what a waste. thought of getting this condo rather than PV2 because of newer and also available in smaller units.

Ive never encounter lif breakdown/ trapped in the liff, so is fine with me, 3 resident develop by reputation developer, cant compare with saville, the rent oso out of my budget.
