Better ur rent first n then u know la, currently i'm renting at saville melawati, if u wanna my opinion i'll say the workmanship of this condo quite sad, the management of this condo just change and it will really takes time lah to improve and the maintenance fee also quite high.

Yeah supposed the much anticipated green features able to reduce maintenance, but then with poor workmanship and management all those fees just go into drain. Fortunately the earliest purchaser bought at less than 325psft...

1007 sqt around rm1800, have two air cond and kitchen cabinet no tops. maintenance owner paid. compare to others condos nearby, saville is cheaper in terms of rm per sqf. the down turn of saville is workmanship.

Ive never encounter lif breakdown/ trapped in the liff, so is fine with me, 3 resident develop by reputation developer, cant compare with saville, the rent oso out of my budget.
