Alot ppl worry after gst property price new or subsale both also will increase price.

Went to Saville 2 times. From my view, management security is a serious issue.
Car can drive in as the gate was not closed. No guard house located at the entrance to Saville compound.
Went there and to my surprise the common area to lift door was not locked(not functioning for the card access)
Went in to lift, I can press any floor I want. Again lift access card also rosak. Lol

Asked the guard there, answer given was rosak already told management long time ago. Zzzz

1. this is a service apartment. service apartment will not have guard house at entrance because lower ground & 1st floor is a commercial unit. that is why there is a ticketing parking system and those commercial parking bay is under MKH control (but MKH havent activate it yet, so free parking at the moment)

2. this project was delayed few month, thus some hiccups on few things including lift access card system. now been fixed already.

3. boom gate to control access to residents parking area also has been fixed, which we have quite long trouble shooting period.

Item 2 and 3. I just went there a day before. Not functioning. Is it fixed yesterday ? Urs is block A or B? The one nearer to mrr2 is block A rite?

I park at car shop. I think is block A. The door and lift I confirm not working on Saturday 2pm and 8pm.
The glass door to lift even the place to scan ur card is missing. U stayed there? Or u just own there?

ya.. noticed that. have bit problem about vandalism here.. quite headache to tackle those continous 'small' problem.

stay here. Good environment, good access. quite sound proof even located close to busy mrr2...

can see some astro dish have been install outside the wall for some units...this condo should come with centralize astro, such an eyesore...

those unit has problem with built in cabling for astro and acknowledge by building management. still in troubleshooting period.

May I know which unit that installed the dish? I'm having the same problem at my unit and it is so tiring to have to call maintenance every time. So the management will install the dish for us?

This poor condition maybe correlated with the developer past track record.
It is worth to check developer past project and visit it prior to make final decision.
Otherwise, you have to cross finger and hope everything goes as per promise.
