What happens if you "move house"? Can you transfer service to the new place (assuming it has coverage)? Would it be counted as early termination?

If ever quotas are implemented how much would it cost to switch from the Rm118 10Mbps home internet to the Rm188 4Mbps business package? And would it be considered an upgrade or a downgrade?
