I submitted my application online 13 Jun, until now no response from them about the installation date. I did called CS twice to chase but all the answer given was 'waiting for slot', 'already passed to home fiber department and they will contact you soon' bla bla bla.

Is this normal? Or anything I could do to speed up the process? Pls help

RM 138 still consider cheap for 10mbps, even cheaper than TMNUT You ni farker VIP 5

I wonder, how TMNUT will response about this. Keep their VIP 5 (5mbps) remain for RM 149 whereby Maxis 10mbps only RM 138. . Now feel Screamyx 1Mbps RM 110 is totally overprice. Good job you bloodsucker TMNUT

Aik, thanks for correction. Even worst for 5mbps RM 149. Nvm la 0 customer also no problem for them, our gormen will support them.

Triple confirm? Tell u a horror story. One of my friend, stay at Ampang area. After submitted registration more than 3 weeks , an installation date has been set on last Tuesday 19 June. Since I am free on that day, I went to my friend house to witness the historical moment together.

- Appointment time : 9.30 am
- Maxis installer arrive 9.25 am
- TM installer arrive : 9.35 am

My friend thought he was the lucky one after heard enough nightmare story of installation. About 5 minutes start of installation, one of the TM guy got a call on his hand phone. After he hang up the called he straight away tell us that he got something very urgent to settle and another installer will come in 1 hour time. No choice la what to do, me, my friend and Maxis guy go mamak drink tea while waiting.

We patiently wait, from 10am - 12pm, no one is coming. Even Maxis guy keep calling the TM guy earlier, all the answer was 'kejap, on the way, tunggu, sabar'. About 12.30pm, Maxis guy tell us he couldn't wait anymore because got another appointment. He say Maxis will call my friend to set up another appointment which is on 26 July....

Really need to go buy ToTo if your Maxis Fiber has been installed successfully under promotion price.

Can anyone advise :

1) Can FTTH 10mbps play Sopcast? My Screamyx 1mbps just failed on this

2) Watch football online, will it smooth or keep buffering?

3) Hope those who use this FTTH 10mbps watch Europe Cup online could share the experience, thanks

I really want to lol at TM. Why dont they do the promotion by themself instead of let their customer leave one by one? Who will sign up Unifi now? Event Maxis after promotion price is cheaper. Furthermore I suspect Maxis pay them huge amount of $$ , but why Maxis doing that?
