yes u can..go to settings>>general>>network>>internet tethering turn on, if u r using windows, ur windows will detects new device n u'll be able to surf already after a blue status bar appear on ur iphone screen..

yiep.. but if u just use it for light surfing, not too hot..

but still i just use it when i'm travelling
