1. u just need to press on the icon until the icon shaking movement. there is an "x" mark on top left of the apps. just click it and will delete it. to resume normal, press home button.

2. your old contact is in iphone itself too? i mean 3g or 3gs, then you can sync to outlook or window contact and then sync back to ip4. otherwise, just enter one by one.

yes, i backup my contact to itunes... then transfer it to my ip4... it worked for me.

but if your outlook is empty and you sync to your ip4, then will be empty.

check your multi-tasking page - whether you open too many apps inside. mine having the same problem too where i turn off all push notification, 3g and etc.

then surf net and found out - each application you open will go to multi-tasking bar. so you need to close those which no longer in use. now i see my phone only drop 1 to 2% every few hours biggrin.gif...

may i ask, when activate it, did telco will charge you additional fee? becoz i know by default if these activated, telco will charge.
