I recently send in my Maxis iPhone for warranty. Its MC121MY model. And then they send me a refurbished phone with MB716LL . After checking its an AT&T phone from US.

From what i know, all AT&T phone are locked right? But maxis gave me this phone, it is a lock or unlock phone? Do i have the right to ask for a MY model?
