I guess this news is significant for a reason. No idea why TUAW, Gizmodo and Engadget missed it.

My girlfriend and I have this "inaccurate keyboard" problem too, on our iPhone 3G AND 4. Anyone of you as well?

How bout just using Safari and use the web version of Youtube. There is a button for HD, and you don't need to be on Wifi. I can confirm this. The YouTube app by Apple is so out of date.
