Lol sorry the image loads fine on my pc but I can't see it on my iPhone as well. So I guess no hotlinking . The second pic is also hotlinked la. I didn't jailbreak my phone.

the iOS4.1 that i downloaded from your link unable to be restored from my PC. why is that?

it is a home wifi, the wifi seems ok coz i am using a notebook as well. the problem is the iphone can connect to it but no internet. i bought my iphone oversea and using maxis here, is that matter? thanks makveli

have you click shif and restore ? restore from pc mean backups or the firmware >?

OK here's what I mean. After receiving, answering, and ending a call, the iPhone automatically goes back into a locked state right? What I want when I subsequently unlock it is for it to display the Home Springboard screen (first attachment below). But instead it always shows the phonebook screen (second attachment). Not really a biggie, but I find that the iPhone has lots of small things that bug me.

Are you sure this is the defect? I try both my set (DiGi set) & my wife set (Singapore set) both also have this 'issue', i doubt this is defect. Anyway you can try to claim for warranty, no harm to try.

already restore and the camera shutter still stuck. well, warranty it is. what a retard problem if u ask me

No la I never said it's a defect. I just wanted a way so that the beautiful homescreen would greet me instead.

If it were a missed call I would understand the logic behind showing the recent phonebook screen, but this is a call I knowingly answered and ended, I don't need to be reminded the next time I use my phone. In fact, if you have a missed call and you slide the bar to unlock the phone, it doesn't show you the recent contacts screen and brings you straight to the homescreen instead. Sometimes I dont understand how people design things.

WIFI Issue on Iphone

Every now and then, even while browsing in app store suddenly the connection gets lost. Wifi signal is still there and of good quality, but apps cannot receive data anymore.

The only solution so far is to disable Wifi and enable it again ...

Have anyone experienced this before...?

Hi all...was wondering if any of you guys here can help.

I'm on Maxis btw, using an iPhone 4...and I've been experiencing 'Cellular data network could not be activated' errors since noon...the 3G/Edge logo are there though and there's an average of 2-3 bars but I can't seem to surf or do anything.

What could be problem? Sorry for the extremely noob question >.< Thanks in advance...

Try reset network settings, see whether its working or not.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset network setting

Seriously, never had this problem before. I have no idea whats going on with your iPhone. How bout perform basic troubleshoot? Do a clean restore lol.

Can't try out anything yet. No more iPhones for me, has got an iPod 4 only Awaiting for white i4 yo.
No experiment can be done without an iPhone, lets wait for other forumers to give some comment yo.
