thinking of buying a 2-year-plus-old iphone 3g but i'm kinda worried about the battery lifespan. can i get the battery replaced with new ones here in malaysia?
and how much will it cost me?
also, say the phone was originally a locked phone and was unlocked later, will it be locked again when i get the battery replaced?
thanks a million for your time, peeps

You are welcome to buy.Ask the seller to charge fully and then test it during COD.
Play over with games, musics, and open up some apps and see.
See wether the battery drains fast or not.
If you want to negotiate with seller, turn on the battery percentage.
If the percentage drop while you on that stuff, nego with him.

I got an Iphone4, just recently i noticed that while i charging my phone and play game or browsing internet at the same time it will auto restart.
Did anyone had familiar problem with me?
Did it cause by hardware or software failure?
Plz help.....
Auto Restart its new to me.
I dont think its hardware.
Might be software problem.
iPhone just like pc.Alot of registry, files running on the same time.
Jobs claim 4x more faster, but user claim 4x more slower....

Got my IPhone 4 from Maxis.
How to check our Data Usage from Maxis site?
Maybe login to Maxis website and check data usage online?
Alternatively you can view setting-general-usage.
and yes,you can view it at Maxis Online. But only end of the month statement.

about the pricing of changing battery, you can browse through GS and look for a member by the nick of crxr. his prices are reasonable and good service.
changing battery would not lock the phone. only upgrading the firmware/baseband may lock the phone if there is no unlock available.
CRXR kinda expensive.
Look for Yezhacolic.Cheap price he quote
