i just found out this prob just now ..
im charging my 3gs via pc usb ..
at 96%,my iphone stop charging ..
i try eject,and charge back,but still 96% and not continue charging ..
but when i using iphone ori charger,found out my bat already full 100%
y happen like that ?

i notice that the ringtone for incoming call/sms is quite soft if compare to listening song or youtube.
is it normal?

will upgrading IOS 4.0.2 to 4.1 clear all my data on the phone ?

Master reset le.. itunes syns le.. still the same.. Restart phone dn knw how many times le.. 3g surfing no problem.. Just that mms cant send out thats all

If you wanna provide answers, you chould have said this. Upgrading your locked iPhone unit will remove calls and sms features hence it will only work like an iPod touch or an iPad system. IT WiLL NOT TURN INTO AN IPAD.

Your answer: Find the MMS settings for your Carrier on Google, and set them up in Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network > MMS

There's no MMS settings in Cellular Data Network in IOS 4. You got it wrong here.

You could have said something better than to ask the person to fly back to Australia. Just post with a straight forward answer that he needs to wait for an a solution to unlock his iPhone instead of asking him to travel back to Aus.

looks like you might have bought yourself an Anti-Glare screen protector, based on the description. You might want to spend a bit more for the best of the best, which is Power Support. It will set you back RM89 for two pieces, but i can assure you it is money well spent. Ask the other forummers here. Most of them use it.

There you got it wrong again. We dont have to answer. The length and breath of the pinned threads on the iPhone prepared by DavidGary(especially) and the rest of others who contributed to the pinned thread has now become an invaluable asset for new owners to read and refer to when they had problems with their iPhones. Most if not all the answers are available there on those pinned threads. The only problem is, these noobs chose not to read those pinned thread, instead come out whining and lollygagging like  hungry baby bird chicks opening their collective mouths asking to be spoonfed with answers by posting new threads instead of posting them in the already available threads or by simply reading those pinned threads. We are trying to cultivate a culture of being independent, and get everyone to read up, research and contribute to our iPhone community by arming themselves with knowledge, if not advanced one, even the basic knowledge will do. The problem is, every year we have stupid questions like "why speaker only one side" and your question of "Your Bonjour is French aaaa?", so we cannot move towards the more intellectual questions that are more worth discussing, but instead have to regress and answer stupid questions and attend to noobs who spread misinformation and correct them. We can never progress beyond what we are unless we are strong in our basics. Ni basics pun tunggang langgang, macamana nak maju?
