The only solution I have for you is by restoring to factory setting. See whether the problem is still there after restoring. Bear in mind only restore if yours is official unlocked ones.

Can you see any light leakage at the earphone hole under the dark?..

@bizness - If you see the picture he attached, that's not a dark environment and the bright light is pretty obvious.

Mine is only noticeable in the dark..What about yours korn?..

You make me to switched off the light and test it haha, well there is a light inside of the hole of course, still not bright and barely noticeable unless you stare on it

my mom just bought 2nd hand iphone.

the question is after 2 weeks using that iphone my mom bill come and it put usage of gprs. for your information my mom didnt subscribe any internet service from "yellowman" just pure call,sms, mms and etc only. only surf internet via wifi services.

did anyone of here can tell me whats the problem? haha if blackberry is not a problem for me but iphone i really noob on this data service thinggy. try use search function still didnt answer my question.

If you're on the latest firmware, you can make sure it 100% disable gprs usage by switch off "Celular Data" in the settings

juz be glad she only got charged rm35, not hundreds. make sure u turn off cellular data (take note that she will not be able to receive MMS if this is off). if u cant find the off switch for cellular data, it's because u need to upgrade to iOS 4.0 at least.

it's either some app using data running at the background, or maybe she 'curi2' surf a bit using 3g. believe me, it doesnt take a lot of surfing to reach rm35
