Anyway i have a friend who bought a unit in P1 Nusaputra. His brother bought an end lot in P1 first then only he bought a unit for himself. his other bro bought a unit in P2.
Overall common issues with P1 are only the car posh which can be fixed by urself if u not happy with the developer besides that everything else seem to be fine based on his remarks.. I went to both houses and both looked fine. Not sure whr the rumours are coming from... but im happy becos i ended up buying a property thr at reasonable price and fixed the posh issue with about few k only and no sign of other issues after 3 years. the place is quite Near to cyberjaya/mex/elite..
Now Setia Eco is building their project less then 3 km away which i expect to enhance the Area's image ( OSK property projects are nearby then also tamarind square,cyberjaya is also quite near and expect to be completed soon). Clover bridge is being rebuild now as well and project being undertaken by PLUS if im not mistaken ). all this makes this place to raise a family and having all facilities. 3 schools including chinese school.all within 5km radius... I expect next 5 years would be exciting in this area...
As of after almost 4 years.. i believe i can sell my house at 35% more then what i bought for based on Mudah pricing. Rental is goin aroun 1700-2100 based on each house conditions.. So those who started the rumours, thank you... ahaha... and No, im not planning to sell it anytime soon...
