It comes with solar water heater. As for pump, depends on your water pressure. For me, i'm ok with the pressure so no need install pump.

Hi There,

Any Spazio or Grande owner has built platform above the existing 2nd living hall? If yes, was it built with I beam or concrete slab.
I'm confused because some contractor says concrete slab will do fine but some insist I beam is used.

Concrete slab v dangerous coz its v heavy. If they just drill into brick wall to fasten conc slab,then brick not strong enough to grip the joints especially when conc slab is heavy. It can collapse!
Don't trust your lives to Reno contractors. Get a civil engineers advice.

hi there, i believe we can claim from the developer since they delay to complete my house for about 1 month. As their promise they say one month will finish all the defect, but now already 2months and the defects are totally not settle yet since yesterday. can i know how to claim from them? should i write a letter to them or any format i can refer to? thanks in advance~

Hi all, went to TM again this morning to ask for Unifi for Jalan Nusaputra 4/1D. The person checked and told me that there's still no Unifi for this road. Sigh..

Last nite I went to my house and then there was a Unifi booth at the turning to Presinct 2. I asked the person there, he said "semua jalan sudah ada" and keep asking me to register. It was around 8:30pm.

we went to TM Point yesterday also and they said also no unifi...we wanted to do the transfer from current house to new hse and they say 4/1D no phone line yet!

we went over at bout 8++pm also and saw the unifi guy there but we did not ask further coz we just checked with TM Point...

oh yeah I forgot to include that this morning when I asked TM, the person told me from the system is mention June or July. Sigh.. really OMG..

My friend stay in Setia Alam, his area also only his road no unifi while the rest have, he waited 6 months already and until now still don't have unifi.

Yes. You have to write 3 letters. One to developer, one to their lawyers cc your lawyer, last to Majlis Perbandaran. Search the net for sample letters.

Added on April 17, 2012, 11:46 pmTo hack or not is up to you. Just bear in mind that if you hack, make sure its as straight as possible. My reno contractor told me its coz unifi is fiber optic cable. Cant take much bending. Have not check with TM though.

i'm running very hopeless now if there's no unifi.. can die.. huhuhu
worst is, i'm currently using unifi, so means i still need to pay for it while staying in nusaputra without unifi.

they already have the green box installed, why can't they just activate it or something?

I find the water pressure in my house a bit weak and intend to install Grundfos water pump CH2-50PC. Has anyone installed any water pump in their house. Any pipe burst incident due to increase pressure after installing water pump?

i have water pump installed and it works great. However, recently when i was installing an auto gate, when our contractor drill the tiles to put the gate railing, we hit a pipe and wondering what kind of ppl who build house and put a pipe exactly under the gate. and now my water pressure run low as hell.

bro, what pump did u install? issit the developers pump or you find 1 yourself?
