Urgent help needed pls.

I am using iphone 4 with celcom, I am changing from blackberry to iphone 4 and my network data is not available, why?

Now I can't use safari, check emails and itunes too because I do not have or could not connect to the web because my phone stated that my ip4 does not have data connection, what should I do? I am overseas now.

Please help.

Hi bro, I had activate my 3G and switch my data on but still unable.

When I check the settings on the data it is empty.

Now, I have another problem, which is now when I open a web page with safari, on top of the page it show debug console, how to get rid of that and when I reply to this the page and character is so big, how to reduce it's size?
