QUOTE(3rdElements @ Oct 22 2011, 03:31 PM) just started play LOTRO few day ago, Nop. Its really easy as free user especially when you can get TPs with the deeds. Altho going VIP does have its perks.got a few question, is it really hard playing as free user ? why i seldom see anyone else, right now my base at Combe sometime feel like playing an offline game I think you can see more people in major cities. In your case, try venture further to Bree. Drop a tell to anyone of us listed on the first page if you're playing on Elendilmir. We are quite the talkative bunch |

QUOTE(azizul1975 @ Oct 23 2011, 10:17 AM) We had a GA Red Maid instance session last night. During that we also had a practice on Fellowship Maneuver aka Conjunction (CJ). It was fun learning and everyone had a good laugh... unfortunately we didn't have a burg in the party, so couldn't initiate CJ that much. Aww i missed the GA expedition. so, anyone new to this lotro forum, come and join us in the game, at elendilmir server,... and err, pls roll a burglar... haha... j/k .. roll anything you want that suits your playstyle... I demand a re- run! Anyway, no one mention the Fall Festival here yet. In case you guys didn't know, go to the Festival Tree in shire or the Festival site above bree for the festival quests. I'll gladly guide you in the Haunted Burrow. =D This post has been edited by snowfire64: Oct 23 2011, 05:56 PM |

8 days left before the Harvest festival ends. For those newly join players who are tired of doing quests, head over to the Festival tree(below Bag End, Frodo's house) at Shire for some fun!

QUOTE(Sigma @ Nov 9 2011, 09:14 AM) Oh, what Gaeryn meant was the kin is mostly of us Malaysian, hence our playtime is the same. Other people from different timezones may have different playtime and its quite unfair to invite them when they're online at different time and playing alone without any of the kins-mate being online. We gladly invite people from this forum who are new tho |

We're having Carn Dum and Uruguath twice a week now and last night was one of them. Most of the Adventurers in the AoE are in their 50s and are looking for trophies for their legendary trait.
This is from our Uruguath run with Thurlandros on board with us. Sorry about the underexposed quality, the place is quite dark. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « And here are some screenies from last night Carn Dum run. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Right after our battle with the last boss in Carn Dum, Mordirith, the False King of Angmar. QUOTE(Teddysaur @ Nov 25 2011, 04:27 PM) there's so much to learn for me. thanks. and crafting guild would be? Heh I mean, the correct term to start an epic journey (ie: into the world of Middle Earth) with a bunch of people would be more appropriate to be called a fellowship rather than a 'party' of people. Get it? Who does an epic journey in a party anyway. lol? O.O?? If you still don't get it, just ignore them. Its just a language joke. Btw, what's your IGN again Teddysaur? |

QUOTE(Bonescythe @ Dec 3 2011, 12:25 PM) Hi, Hello, Was looking at some LOTR stories and screenshot in the movie, and came towards LOTR online.. Then took a glimpse in the official website.. Found out that it is quite cool. Btw, this F2P game, free player can only enjoy up to Level 65 or 75? Quite confused after looking at the official website that indicated free player can enjoy up to level 65, while the other part say 75. F2P player level are capped at 65. To be able to progress towards 75, you will need to buy the Rise of Isengard expansion using Turbine points (which are available by doing deeds in the game or using your credit card), and it will unlock several quest packs and the level cap too. |

QUOTE(Bonescythe @ Dec 3 2011, 01:30 PM) Oh, I see.. Now this solve my curiosity. Nah, the F2P content would last you till lv40 i think. But along the way, you'll get to collect a sum of TP's for you to buy the quest packs you need. Rise of Isengard.. Interesting. Playing for free until Level 65, is it easy? However, the Rise of Isengard expansion is really worth it for new players. |
