Sure she do. Seriously, you really can't ask for more for a RM630 device. Worth every single penny.

Try the bigger screen phone like HTC wildfire (around same price range)
its more comfortable on typing

Not quite the same price range. Galaxy 5 is only RM630, Wildfire cost more than 1k. Throw in another RM100 or so and you can get two Galaxy 5's.

If you don't mind the small screen, which is really not that small after all unless you have big hands, I would say it's a good start to have a taste of smart phone. It's cheap, it works pretty good, most common apps work fine despite the resolution.

If you're feeling generous, just grab one, and when you feel that you need more power, get a better Android phone and pass this one to your wife/gf/sister/brother and let them have some fun too.

It's running on Android 2.1 unlike other similar priced Android (X10 mini, which is more expensive) on 1.6.

Why my home screen on the very left side of the screen? Is there any why to change it?

Use LauncherPro and you can select your default home screen.

Is it really that small? What about other uses here, do you find it too small?

How about typing sms, how does it feel?

Galaxy 5 comes with Swype.
