today is a nice day to jump around, skip around and what not better than snap a few pic using Fcam..
what i notice is..when u try to play around with more option:
reduce noice, <<<iso
indoor so reduce white balance, <<<wb
focus, <<<focus (playing with bokeh)
exposure, i put auto
scare singe burst not enough..why not best of 8.

then snap!!

freeze there don't know how freaking long..(remember aspire guide, remove battery)
ok done..

back to previous setting
snap again

wasted my whole freaking day for this!! what the.....i captured NONE!

problem is not with the setting..
N900 Fcam hang aka freeze for a long time..sad!

OC to 900Mhz
is still functioning well if im playing with a few setting

but when it come to alot of setting..it hang (esp best of 8 shots)

i switch off..take out battery..put back in..still hang wor (i suppose no background apps that time)

hmmm..u can disable 3g internet connection..but u need to buy the license for the software though.

as what they said, after installing advanced power monitor
their Xorg or Conky show 90-100% CPU usage

but mine on the other hand, work just fine..

anyone have installed advanced power monitor..but work fine..

reading their thread just make me worry..feel like wanna uninstall it..

omg!! but my N900 work just fine..everything is ok..battery life can stay a day
overheating yes when hardcore usage..because i OC to 900 ma..

*gulp*...which files to delete...what a pain in the ass

so far..i think it work perfectly..
i didn't execute the command line..so i guess i haven't fully installed advanced power monitor

i checked the Xorg..it only take 8% to 10% max
Conky show usage is only 125Mhz or so without any background apps running
battery life like normal (1 days..or 1 and half)
[btw the battery life suck man! compare to my Motorola MPX and N-gage..really cannot fight]

i guess that's not a problem anymore??

i think i should remove my rx8 userbar and replace with one that say "i owns a RX8 in NFS"

just go for 900. It's just like setting your maximum speed.

like in our car, wira can go up to 180km/h but u dun go til that extreme.
rx8 can go up to 255km/h but u dun go til that extreme.

yes, we normally drive around 100km/h..but rx-8 has an upper hand than wira if we would to use up to 255km/h.
same go to 800mhz and 900mhz..if we set 900mhz, it's not necessary we use up to 900 everytime.
but if we need to use up to 900mhz, then we has an extra 100mhz than 800mhz.
