I just get a HD7 and connect to zune for update. The update stuck at step 9 and never move again. After that I try to on my phone and It cant, factory reset also cannot. What to do?

At step 9 is for restart and the phone restart twice and no more movement.
I try to remove the battery and put back but still cant on. Tried many many times already |

Same thing, nothing happen. It wont power on.
Even I put the charger in, no charging indication. |

I just bought it 2 days ago.

After 2 days the microsoft support reply this. But I can't test it already since is in warranty claim.
Hello JohnMax, Thank you for posting, In order to resolve your issue try the steps below : 1- power off the phone. 2- press and hold the camera button. 3- without releasing the camera button plug in the cable on the phone and your computer and dont release the camera button untill you will get the ''connect-to-pc'' mode (like in the picture below). 4- once you have the connect-to-pc mode release the camera button and let Windows installing the new device. 5- once installation completed remove usb cable from the computer then plug it again the phone should restart. 6- after the phone fully powering on relaunch the update again using zune software. Hope this will help you to solve your issue. Does anyone know about this? I searched for internet did't found anything about this. If he replied earlier sure I can try. A HTC shop at Nilai Tesco. Under Unique Phone Telecommunication.
I also weird that it charge for upgrade since it was free. By the way they are not under SIS so is under normal shop. Normal Shop they charge you for that. If went back to service center I think is free to upgrade. Must wait until my phone and see how. |

Never the less even Brightstar directing all the service traffic to SIS service center And Brightstar offer 2 year warranty, 1 year by HTC, the extra 1 year is financial by Brightstar.
