I got my HD7 today. At first I was not so sure about the decision because I owned a HD2 before. But upon first power up, it is apparent that the S-LCD display is waay better than the HD2 display.
Still fiddling here and there with the functions, but already loving it bit by bit. I just hope that Malaysia will be included in the Zune/Marketplace/XboxLive list soon (until then can only download free apps and cannot buy the paid ones because of Credit Card recognition)

Yes, Massive update coming up for Windows Phone 7. It makes sense because Microsoft knowingly released the current batch of WP7 with so many limitations which they already plan to update via Zune/Marketplace and I am absolutely positive this will change the WP7 phone experience quite a lot

QUOTE(crazym @ Dec 9 2010, 04:45 PM) the missing functions of this device are actually quite irritating and disappointing, for example we can't send our contact through sms right, or maybe there is a way that i didn't find out...same basic functions like i mentioned no custom ringtone and the volume which even a normal phone can make it...i can't comment much about the apps coz it's a new os, i believe there will be more apps developed as time goes by...what i am trying to say is, this device doesn't worth it's price, i won't make any complaints if it was cheaper... if you were to spend this much i'd suggest you to go for iphone4 which is actually slightly cheaper and much better...but nothing i can do though, since i've bought it, i'll expect something impressive on the upgrade next year... Wait a bit more for January 2011 for the first major WP7 update. I am hoping for significant updates to address the missing features
