I have used my Xbox live account (SG account) when I set up my HD7 and included a Malaysian credit card into it. Can I make purchases on the Marketplace using my Malaysian credit card? Anyone tried it before?

Furthermore, what is the currency for the prices on Marketplace? SGD or USD?
*
yes u can. but someone told me that the market place in SG is slightly more expansive than the US one.

Thanks. I believe the difference is due to the cross currency rate. So the amounts are in USD or SGD? Sorry, didn't get that part.
*
dont know seriously. because mine is State. so i bought NFS: Underground for USD4.99

so how much NFS: Underground in Spore marketplace?

I got the mass storage too. Just that the xap files transfer in. Can the phone see the xap and run it?

Wat I understand os use the Tom installer and attach the cap in the installer and install from Tom. Right?

that ROM editor only allow you to read but not edit the ROM. you can read and understand.

there's no harm of reading the ROM as a knowledge and it will no bring any harm to you phone as long as you do not edit and upload it to your phone

that ROMUpdateUtility.exe is executable thru your desktop/laptop after you go into bootloader mode and usb cable is connected. its almost the same like HD2 ROM flashing method.

Just upgraded from a HD2 to theĀ  htc HD7 7.
First impressions were excellent and I agree with the review - smooth, slick, great integration of information souces (FB etc.) and great syncing of Hotmail, Calendar etc.
htc HD7 is a nice looking and easy to use handset.
My frustrations are:
Lack of cut / paste - couldnt forward an email today as I didnt want to forward it all.
Automatically loaded ALL my hotmail contact into phone - I dont want 700+ contacts in my phone. No way of limiting it.
HD2 uses Windows Mobile 6.5, using MyPhone to backup phone. Cant restore contacts to new WM7 phone. Cant Bluetooth them. Wont receive them as emails. Cant sync with Outlook. Cant store them on a SIM card as many ofthem are too big. So, no way of deleting contacts fro phone without deleting from Hotmail. No way (at present but being looked into by Samsung according to a call recently) of moving my 200+ contacts from HD2 to a WM7 phone.
No multi-tasking - shame on you Microsoft.
No tethering.
*
about multi tasking. try open a website and put in an address and let it start loading. right after it start loading. press home button and go do something else. after 1min. go back to ie. u will see ie finish loading up the page.

now try on a fruit company phone. their browser will stop load the page immediate u press home button. after a min go in their browser again. u have to press refresh to load again.

so now tell me. wat is multitasking.

Main problem is because our Live ID happens to hold our IM contacts as well, all the phones are doing this now. Apple with their cloud service, Google with GMail integration. Yes, it sucks that ours it's a horrid mess because unlike with apple or google. IM lists tend to have more people we don't really care about.
Activesync from HD2 to Outlook, then use Outlook Hotmail Connector to copy contacts to the LiveID linked to your phone.

yes. agree with maraudez. linking IM, social network contact and ya phone contact bring me headache sometimes. maybe some are duplicated entry and u can link them up. but that will take u sometimes and u might not save the same contact name.

its a mess at my contact list before this and I have reset my phone 3 time to split it out.

now my contact only left call and others contact like IM and social network are not joining with phone contact. it lead my contact clean and presentable where I wanted it to be.
