yup, latest software has update all OSPL to v5.xxx which is not yet able to downgrade the only way is Goldcard.

its not stuck. update process took 1hours+ if you are upgrade to NoDo.

try remove battery, put it back On see how's it goes?

to enabling tethering function you must have spl5.xx but will lock you away from sideload.

better remain your spl lower than 5.xxx then flash the tethering enabling custom rom + unlock sideload.
