Item being sold/bought: PS3 40GB console for rm650 includes 1 sixaxis, d cables, and pes2009

Date of transaction: 30th Aug 2010

Details of the complaint :
1) Seller PM me as I put on a thread in "Games" section since I'm looking for PS3.
2) Seller agree to cod at KTM Kg Dato Harun area and provide 1 week warranty for me to test.
3) Upon testing at home, console cannot turn on. Suspected YLOD issue.
4) Send PM and sms on the same day but no reply.
5) Try to call but keep receive "The person you're trying to call is unreachable."
6) Post on seller original thread to ask for help.
7) Noticed seller logged in to LYN and remove the whole entry of his original thread before closing the thread without replying to my message.


*Item was bought on good faith since seller is malay and its Ramadhan but looks like cheater dun give a dem bout this kind of thing eh? Well, I doubt that I'll recover the cash again but what goes around always comes around..

My bad for not checking this thread first but I wonder why LYN didn't ban or put some kind of scam tag on this ID? At least can help the same guy from ripping other people in the future...

Can turn on but only show red led on the led indicator @ console..
If press On button, can see green & yellow light for a while before it turn back to red. I dunno bout the controller coz no chance to test it yet.
Already tried to call but cant get thru. PM & SMS oso no reply.

previous case, conman run away while COD. Now he strike again, too bad this time it's you TS. I hope this conman get caught and put him in jail...

offencely, he selling faulty item just want to get money for raya maybe .

too pity he have tis kind of attitude.

and TS try to ask more info for the guy tat u COD.

hopefully u able to meet him accidently and get him back for the refund.

And i believe when he doing tis "GOOD JOB " , soon he will be getting tricked by others which called PROFESSIONAL TOO.

Thx guys.. yeah.. i did blame myself for not doing due diligence & take full responsibility of it.. just that I didn't really expect that coming coz its a holy month and TS is a malay & muslim too (i presume from his appearance)..

Anyway, if he's doing this coz got family emergency then I will just let it be.. but if he's doing this for his own benefit then I hope his judgment will come much faster..

after previous case, i don't think he did that to you is just because of family emergency... he meant to con u..

one time nearly kena caught until have to run like a coward now hv the guts to con again. this shows that conman will NEVER repent! Just report,dun give chance!

it does makes it easier abit for potential buyer to beware from them
