malakus, you could ask some game store owners to help you with the transfer. It's worth a try.
So 3DS costs RM1000+++, I think I shall wait for a price drop miracle.
edited: is RM200 too bad for a price to pay?

Hey guys, i've been wondering which one is better?
-To let pokemon learn all the moves it can before evolving it or
- To let it evolve when it can and let it learn the moves afterward?
any opinion helps~ thanks

For me, it depends on the situations, lets use Pignite for an example,
It can learn Flareblizt early at lv43 if it doesn't evolve, that is like 8-10 more levels earlier! In this case, I prefer not to let it evolve.
Wait, what do you meant by learning ALL the moves? xD

I mean that all the moves that my starter pokemon capable to learn while leveling it up excluding teaching using tm.. Since Snivy learn it last move which is Leaf Storm as early as level 43

theres npc to check hidden power~ no more pesky battles...
I like to evolve them first, unless the moves are not learnable after evolution.

I still hesitate to start my new journey, because I've not touched my Heartgold for months, so I've forgotten my main goals to achieve before moving on, haiz... , my event Mew, Raikou and Latias..., I still haven't obtained them yet due to the IV and nature crap! What to do??!
I'll only buy 3DS after I've completed the main story and be able to transfer from Gen 4.
