is there a proper way to make your pokemon have certain hidden power?i have tried several times to make sure my oshawott learned hidden power fire, but failed so far

well for my samurott build, HP power fire could be useful against bulk grass type.so kinda want that.but its hard to get exactly what i want

lol im getting confused.
what do you guys say if;

Oshawott, Modest

HP 12
ATT 5
DEF 5
SP ATT 6
SP DEF 6
SPEED 6

so how to determine its IV is good or no?

guys help me out here.
im still pretty confused on the IV thingy.

atm, im breeding a Jolly Chimchar , and also to get Alert to sounds Characteristics, which is one maxed out IV for speed.
ok so how do i go about determining my chimchar(or looking at Infernape) IV?

if you understand it and could provide explanation on how to use it would be better

anybody know how exactly we are going to get pokemonDW ability?
should i put a certain pokemon to DW and wait it to learn the DW ability?
for me i want my snivy to learn Contrary, should i just put it in and wait or..?

btw my comp team consists of Infernape, Gyarados, Salamence, Electivire, Zoroark, and Sceptile

anyone can spare his/her lv 1 mankey, electabuzz with #! SPeed IV, i need it to breed a Chimchar w/ 31 IV for Speed

guys when checking the IV at the battle subway, ok before he told you about the possible IV your pokemon has, when he say decent, relatively superior and etc.
how does it effect your pokemon?
btw if a pokemon by breeding, it says get along well but play w/ other pokemon more, meaning not at all will give out eggs?

just wondering, does anyone have an extra power anklet?

here's what happens. i leave electabuzz and ditto.checked with the old man, he said that both dont seem to like each other, but still produces egg.so i guess there's no way you aint getting an egg eh?

im actually still confused in determining my Chimchar's IV, the IV checker said that my Chimchar's best potential is its Attack.
then he said that its Speed is also good.does that really mean i have full IV for Speed and Attack.he does say it cant be better

yeah it took me about 20 soft resetting to get it right. a Jolly nature max IV speed and attack with outstanding.
if it werent for the outstanding, id go for another IV addon.
