My GS is now 5.6k I follow the guide from the wow and elistist forum, my stat for self buff SP = 3.4k, Haste = 800+ with Bizuri, Crit = 32%. My dps at dummy with out other trinket/Elemental master/racial was 4.5k dps. I can sustain 5.5k dps using all CD in 5 min on dummy practicing.

In ICC with flask, raid and ICC buff, I can AOE 10-13k dps and 6~7k on non-mobile fight like 2nd and 4th boss, 1st boss is not all bad and gunship i'm doing ok compare with other classes. But in the plague wing boss fight I felt like carried by others, despite I use all my CD and tried very hard, my dps at end of fight only 4.8k... whats wrong? even a mage died halfway still do more overall dps than me...

Rot face... evade bomb / big slime / ooze floor... run to big ooze if got infection... I felt like I just runing around... shaman got no instant spell except shock and it's not spamable, so GG in this fight...

Felter gut... as range... wait for spore release run there... get debuff run back... standing there vomit... GG again

PP... wtf run to green, dps red, run for goo run for ooze floor, 3rd phase maraton run here run there WTF WTF WTF

Any pro tips from anyone played an ele shammy / or any class need to standstill and pew pew?? how you manange your dps?

Since dps is sh*t I was assigned to heal DW, since there is no guide for healing assignment - can any healer tell me what exactly you needed to do? coz once again the 3 healers assigned to heal DW has topped healing meters with 230~250k heals (shammy and pally) and my heal is only 100k...

Whats wrong with ele shaman on high end raid?

What you say is correct, the goal is to get boss down, but it's a PUG and everyone is looking at score card (i.e. dps meter), I'm sure if guild run it will be worst as every1 will remember your performance and you might not get another "hard to get" raid spot.

Long ago when I raid as disc priest ppl are asking me "why that pally heal so much more than you blah blah blah" I had to explain my heal is shield to migitate damage and pom heal doesn't count towards my heal (used to be now i believe they fixed it) blah blah blah. got fed up so I just spec holy and spam COH to top healing meters, when raid wipe / no one to save dps from that killing blow I was like I do my job but you didn't do yours. Today when raid wipe I still see ppl still blaming failed healer for unable to "top healing meters".

So yeah if lucky no wipe and you're fine, if wipe those at bottom of healing or dps meters will take the blame thats why I need to improve dps, it's also a goal to play the game.

Still hope to get some advice...

To Jas, I roll ele shaman is because can off heal daily to avoid the "jam" and able to need on unique mail caster gears, not in the mood to fight with huntard (lol i can still call them huntard until cata before I roll my smart hunter goblin) for gears.

I heal in ele gears but restore spec, done Heroic HoR as healer so I believes I'm doing fine... anyway ele gear I am stacking haste and a lil crit.. all i need just sub all the + hit gears out and I'm set.

I know fire totems deals more dps, fire elemental > nova > searing. but as a hybrid shouldn't we put out totem of wrath (+1xx SP and 3% more crit to raid)? but what you said is true as my objective is my personal dps I should just wtfwhocaresaboutothersdpser and put up fire elemental and nova totem for more pwnage.

About my gear choice I'm Stacking GS > SP > Haste > Crit.

Because of the GS stack I actually have to let go my 4 t9 bonus which is HUGE dps nerf but got raid is better than no raid so I just need to watch out.

Blue in raid? more dps the higher GS gears? blasphemy...

Swap gears? no thanks because recount got this GS/DPS thingy and I dun wanna let other player notis my GS dropped below 5.6k...
