i'm a first car user. need all your guidance and advice.

bought PE last September,
H-Line
Chiffon Green

RPM always mantain at 3-4. didn't whack the minyak...gradually increase the speed..smooth road,moderate traffic jams...but my FC always on high side. almost never reach more than 400km for ~40 litres (full tank).

re-fill fuel when start to blinking..sometimes i ride until 50km after light indicator shown up..

same problem like others

1)rattling sound form midle air cond vent

i'm using the standard car w/out any mod. mileage now 3600++km...

please advice me. just 3 months got my license also

i'm a new driver, maybe i'm not alert with the sound. but, i'm quite sure, no sound when doing cornering

my frens,

have a problem with my 2 months old PE. weird sound from passenger side when do cornering. then today when i auto cruise at 110, the weird sound re-appear. its very annoying and uncomfortable. what should i do?
