greetings all sifus, recently i changed my ride to persona, thinking of changing my brake pad, izit highly recommended to

change it and any performance pad that is good for my car?

hey guys, i encountered d brake squeezing sounds whenever i pressed d brakes, how to solve it?

its damn annoying as this car has been sent to SC for brake servicing recently, yet d problem still persists.

send to SC there n complaint kaw kaw lar no need give face.

as an owner of persona for more than 1mth, me my biggest problem will be d braking is so damn weak, i cant perform a sudden brake if d car in front

of me stops too fast. And d whole car is like "sampan" will easily get dizzy if drives too fast at corner(suspect d absorber kong ady ).. I am gonna

send to SC tmr for further inspections.

Do u guys notice when u try to pump ur car to "full",but ur fuel gauge seems like stucking at 3/4 and not going up?

This is the main CULPRIT! (Fuel Pump)



This problem almost exists to all the persona, if u r the lucky one then go and get it changed immediately!!

yeap, ur fuel gauge will not reach 'full bar' even u pump it till d petrol leaks out.. the reason is d fuel pump could not link properly to the fuel meter due

to different vendors...


BTW does anyone know where to check d warranty coverage ya? To what extend the changes of part will violate d warranty? The SC crew told me that

if i change d brake pad at other workshop then i cannot claim any warranty for brakes ady. I was like WTF a brake pad is considered "wear & tear"

and how could a brake pad will affect the whole braking system huh?

seriously stupid dumbf**k proton..... When i encountered d brake pad got squishing sounds , i immediately sent my car to SC there and get it checked.

Then the crew told me that the brake pad is not original 1, then they introduced me Bosch Brake Pad for RM350!!! I was

like WTF i could get a MUCH better brake pad with MUCH lower price. So then i asked them whether can replace it at other workshop because brake

pad is considered "wear & tear" item and should be able to change it at other workshop without violate d warranty. Guess what? they tried to

brainwash me and telling me that "d brake pads will affect d whole braking system hence wll dmg d brake in long term, and indirectly will dmg brake

pump and blah blah(all kind of nonsense)" . I really doubt that a pair of Brake Pad could spoil d whole braking system so EASILY.

yeah whenever i argue with them they surely say "ini procedure la bang, kami tak boleh buat apa pun..." Gosh cakap tanpa pakai otak punya

I ended up changing my brake pad secretly at other workshop... for only RM108... and d sounds disappear ever since ...

better get it changed asap. brake is only thing u can stop ur car. i changed mine for merely 1mth ownership.
