actually this hub centric ring (this is what its called actually okay) is quite subjective to solve vibrations. I dunno how to explain but, i went through this A LOT last time. What i know for sure is, the bigger the rim the more sensitive it is if there is any slight off balance on the wheel. My other car with 16 inch Advan rims really gave me headaches with balancing. End of the day, it is solely depending on how skillful your tire man can do this work and how good and accurate is his wheel balancing machine.
